We start with triple sifted body art quality natural henna powder and add lemon juice, sucrose and pure aromatherapy quality essential oils. Our paste smells incredible, is smooth and creamy and stains beautifully.

The answer is yes; you can apply henna safely during pregnancy. In many customs, henna is applied on hands and even on the belly to celebrate pregnancy. The pure form of henna has no side effects and thus applying mehndi during pregnancy is extremely safe for you or your baby. However, you may apply henna for its other beneficial properties also. It brings down the body temperatures and helps cool your system. It is beneficial for curing cracked heels, fungal infections and it also nourishes the nails.

To achieve a rich darker color, you may leave the henna on your skin for a longer time. Applying clove oil or mustard oil, after you remove the henna, helps develop a darker, longer lasting stain.

If well cared for, your henna stain will last from one to two weeks. on rare occasions your henna can last up to three weeks depending on placement and care. cleansing the skin with rubbing alcohol before application can increase the skins ability to accept the stain.
